THE EVERETT STREET WARRANTY
Warranty on parts and labor is 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty work has to be performed at Everett Street Autoworks. Nationwide warranty performed through 3rd party, pre-approval required. Warranty does not cover vehicles used for commercial purposes. Warranty does not cover vehicle or any part which malfunctions, fails or is damaged due to objects striking the vehicle, road hazards, accident, fire, neglect, abuse or any other cause beyond the control of ESA. These warranties do not cover damage to a covered component directly caused by the failure of a non-covered part, accessory or occurrence. Warranty is non-transferable.
EVERETT STREET AUTOWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED, EVERETT STREET AUTOWORKS OR ANY OF ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPAIR OF VEHICLE.
